Our products are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses to ensure the best pricing and product availability.

Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on location and product availability.

⏳ Processing Time

Order processing time: 1–3 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time (US Orders)

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
(Some orders may arrive sooner depending on location and customs processing)

International orders may take 10–20 business days.

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Reshipping may require an additional fee.
